Is there any possibility to use pdf form to keep and retrieve multiple records like ms access

I am currently in the process of trying to make the two programs work well together and got an encouraging start from the following link:

Specifically, the section title "Working with Data Sources and Schemas"

Stefan Cameron seems to be a great source of information as well, although I have found his site a little difficult to navigate. Since I am not an expert, that's all I have to share. Hope to be able to post more when I get some of my own questions answered.
