Form Display In Adobe Reader is Wrong

Hi there,

I wonder if anyone could please help?! I have a form that I have designed in livecycle and enabled in adober reader using acrobat 9 pro. When I view the form in adobe reader there are a few errors. For instance it theres one extra row added to a dynamic table and there is an extra instance of a repeatable subform. I've no idea why is is occuring. Can anyone help?

I'm happy to send the forms to explain.
