I have created a new form (from a blank form - a pre-created template was not used).
The form is an interactive one. For some reason I cannot pre-view or print the document. All pages come print blank. When I am in Designer mode I can print the form (but not pre-view it).
To test my problem, I created another form using a pre-created template and this worked. I can print pre-view and print this form.
Is there a switch that I need to turn on in order to view and print my documents?
