I created a form in Livecycle designer 8.2. The user opens it in reader, completes the form and then would like to save the completed form to her computer, but it states it cannot be saved. How can I accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Open your form in Acrobat and apply Reader Save Rights to it ( found under the menu Advanced -> Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader). After applying the rights and saving, the Reader user will be able to fil and save. It is a good idea to save the form with a new name and use something like "enabled" in the file name so you have both the original and savable versions. You should also make sure the user has at least Adobe Reader 7 or later.Hope this helps,
