Hi,

I have some issues with a (fillable) document made in Live Cycle 8 and opened in Acrobat Reader 7.0.
First when opened, a message is displayed that the data typed into the form cannot be saved.

Second, a calculation field displaying a subtotal is not added up when an extra line in a table is added (the form is a restitution form containing a table with adjustable lines by pressing a button)

In urgent need of help!! :O

Have you Reader-enabled your form using the Advanced --> Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader command in Acrobat Pro? This allows recipients of your form with just the free Reader (version 7.0.5 and later) to save form field data.

Yes, it's been enabled, but still the problems occur that users can not save entered data.

What point version of Reader are you seeing this problem with? Also, have you tried saving a copy of your form and then re-reader enabling it? What format have you save the form in (static/dynamic)?
