Function on Submit by Email Button

I need to email a PDF form to any person I want to. But when I add the Email Submit Button to the form it requires me to enter an email address; however, the form needs to be emailed to a list of individuals not just one person.

Is there a way to add an Email button so when the form user clicks on the Email button it brings up Outlook and one can type in any email address or list several email addresses?

Thanks!

I reviewed the article but my problem is how to modify the XML code. I have very little knowledge of XML. Is there anyway I can upload the form to you or to the forum?

There is a way to display the user's Address book, but it is not reliable and it cannot be done from a form script for security reasons. If the form needs to be sent to a variety of people, maybe they should be listed on the form.

As far as modifying the XML, did you look at the sample file?

Hi Thom,

I looked at the sample file, but I don't know where to place the modified script. I wish there were directions on how to modify and place scripts.
