I have created an expanding text box but when info is typed into it, it overlaps the boxes below rather than bumping them onto the next page. I want it to bump the remaining fields in the form as much as it needs to so they are still usable.

You'll need to put the field in a subform and set it to Flowed. There are some good on-demand e-seminars on how to set up dynamic PDFs in LiveCycle Designer that would be well worth your time to view. Go to the Learning Center here and look for E-Seminars on demand
