How to place Exe or SWF file within a PDF form n LifeCycle Designer 8?

I am creating a survey in life cycle designer. I want to have a short animation that was created in director as an .exe placed as part of question s number 2 in my form. So the surveor would watch the couple second animation then rate it.

If .exe can not be done, can I find a way to place a SWF file in the form?
