Imafe field as required field in LiveCycle 8 designer

I have created a form in LiveCycle Designer 8 for collecting employee data which requires a photograph to be inserted in the image field.

I want to make it mandatory for the employee to attach his/her photograph, how can i make the image field as "user entered - required"

There is an example of how to do this at runtime in the LiveCycle Designer scripting examples at:
http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/livecycle/designer/pdfs/FieldRequired.pdf

This example brings up a pop-up with a warning if the recipient attempts to email the form without filling in the required fields.
