Importing images in PDF forms

I am trying to create a pdf form where the end users can click in the image field and be able to choose an image from our company's image library. The library and form would both be on our intranet site, which they would be logged on to.

As i can see, by placing an image field on your form will help you acheive what you want. If you are aware of this then need more details about the problem which you are facing?

Thanks . . I am aware that you can add an image field, but I want it to directly link to the database and, ideally, be searchable.

What type of server are you running?
What type of PDF form? LiveCycle or Acrobat?

With FDFToolkit.net, besides importing/exporting data, you are able to embed/extract images in LiveCycle PDFs. Importing and exporting Image Field information has been disabled in Adobe Acrobat PDFs since version 7 or 8. FDFToolkit.net requires Microsoft .net, and comes with 1 year of free technical support and updates.
