Include Form in PDF with other Files

I would like to include a LiveCycle form in a multi-page PDF. I have an existing pdf with several non-form pages. I would like to insert the LiveCycle form into the pdf, but am getting an error that XML-based pages cannot be inserted into the pdf. Am I limited to including the form in a portfilio, or is there some way my form can be included in a single multi-page pdf file? Thanks for your help.

You cannot do that, but you can include it as a file attachment. You don't need to create a portfolio to do this. In Acrobat 9, you'd select "Document > Attach a File".Your other option is to recreate the form as an AcroForm, which would be no problem to include as a separate page in the document.
