I have created several forms in livecycle with fillable fields, they mostly work fine when viewed in Reader v7. However one form, which appears to be not significantly different to the others, displays the following message when opened in reader v7.
"The Japanese Language Support Package is required to display this page properly".
Why does is this message shown - there is no japanese charecters used on the form - how do I rectify the problem.
If Acrobat is prompting you to download the Language Support Package then apparently some Japanese characters have been embedded in the document. See the following tech. note for details:

One method you can use to analyze the PDF form is to run an Inventory report with Acrobat Professional. You can do this in the Preflight dialog box, choose Create Inventory from the Options menu.
