Question RE: Jetforms Design

We have designed a new form with ver 5.3, the form looks and acts correctly in the Filler using data generated from our erp application.

The problem is, when we actually create the dat file to jfmerge with the compiled form, it prints much differently, with many data elements forcing a form feed / new page for each occurance.

What should I be looking at as possible cause.
