Kitting Problem

I have a unique situation. We are using the pdfs that are being made with LiveCycle Designer on two different servers and using two different kitting or stitching programs. The blade server that was set up for the work flow works fine. The other is using pdf builder to kit our pdf's. If you select 3 different forms and kit them together the barcodes are lost and the pdfs are dead as in that they loose the java scripting. The barcodes are 3of9 read only. Has any one had this sort of problem and how did they correct it? I say aim the links to the blade server that is set up for this.

The powers to be seem to think that changing the barcodes to an image will correct the problem of the barcodes dropping out. But that will still leave us with dead pdf's. They are using the blade server that works fine for internal use within the company and the server with pdf builder for the external agents.

Thanks for any help.

Can you tell me if you are using services from Adobe to stitch your forms together (ie: Adobe LiveCycle) or 3rd party products?

Server that works is using Adobe services xdp files etc. The other is a 3rd party and the software is pdf builder.
