How do you combine forms created in Lifecycle Designer in Adobe Acrobat 8.0? Forms are saved as xml no matter what I do.

Adobe XML forms cannot be merged. However, if you would like to combine multiple forms into a single PDF you can use the "Assemble files into a PDF Package" option. This also allows you to keep any of the individual rights that you may have applied using Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions, for example.
