Dear Gurus,

Is there a way to make a PDF form work with a specific machine i.e. for e.g. by putting some Addin type of PDF file in some Acrobat\... directory as can be done with office Excel files (i.e. a vba Add-in and calling that as a function in Excel workbook. In abscence of this Add-in un-expected results would make file not workable) or through some other method.

Looking forward for your guidance and help.

Regards

Zubair

You could add JavaScript code that checks for the existence of something (variable, function, object, etc.) in a folder-level JavaScript and activate the interactive elements of the form if present. How secure does it have to be?

Dear George,

I am gratefulfor your reply. As I do not know much about programming, can you kindly provide an example.
