I'm not sure if that's exactly what Acrobat calls it, but it gets the point across.

I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer version 8, making some forms for the HR department.

I would like to make a yes/no field with another field linked to it, that will enable you to enter text if you choose 'yes', and only if you choose yes

Is this possible? If so, how is it done?

Thank you

There is some information on how to do something similar to this in the Hide/show (sub)fields with a check box.

That's basically exactly what I needed, thank you so much :)

But one thing...

Where do I go inside LiveCycle to enable the field up at the top where I can type in FormCalc?

Edit:

I found it!

Thanks, you just opened up a whole new level of what I never knew a pdf could do
