I have a form that has a date/time field that I want to auto-populate with the current date. I chose the Calculated-Read Only and Runtime Property-Current Date/Time then set the format as MM-DD-YY. When I open the form in Reader, the format of the date is YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS instead. How can I fix this?

Can you try the Current Date Object in the Object Library under custom tab?

It will show the current date in MM-DD-YY format. Maybe, you can copy its script in ready-layout event.
