LiveCycle Designer 8 - Customize or remove default body in email submission

I am using LiveCycle Designer 8.2.1 - I have been creating forms for other employees and management to use. Each form submitted by email using the 'submit' control the body of an email automatically populates with the pdf attached, but the body default text reads:

Instructions to add this form to a responses file:
1. Double-click the attachment.
2. Acrobat will prompt you to select a responses file.

How can I either replace the default body or remove it completely so the form/pdf is the only thing being sent? I changed a few things around in the xml and they all came back w/ errors. So, I am rather lost. Please help, thanks.

I would like to remove that text in email all together, but if I could change it that would be great too.
