I would like to use LiveCycle Designer to create fillable pdf forms for my customer. What is the best and cost effective way to purchase the designer - Will buying Acrobat X work out? The customer is likely to create around 50 such forms a day.

My Product Information:

LiveCycle Designer ES2 is bundled with Acrobat Pro and with the LiveCycle ES2.5 suite for a sensible reason - without them you can't Reader-extend your PDF forms. It is not available as a standalone purchase.Your customer must consider the 500-response limit imposed on Acrobat Pro forms - if they ever want to exceed that limit they must purchase a complete LiveCycle ES2.5 package.

How can you tell if you have the complete LiveCycle package?

"LiveCycle Designer" is a Windows desktop application. "LiveCycle" is a server-based enterprise suite, which runs on dedicated operating systems like JBoss, and is accessed through a web interface - there's no desktop version.
