Livecycle Email Submit button not working

hi All

Just messing around with Livecycle (Acrobat Pro 8) and run into an issue. I generated a form using one of the default templates which included the Email submit and print form command buttons.

For some reason I cannot get the Email Submit button to do anything when I click on it. Either on a saved form or in test mode. I've filled in relevant info like email address to submit to etc... I'm assuming that when the button is clicked on it should load outlook, but nothing happens, however the print command works perfectly!
