Hi,

I've been trying over and over again, but it seems that I'm a NEWBIE to this! :)
- and i am, just realized all the great things you can create with this program.

But right now I'm trying to get some intructions (regular text) invisble when I type print, but it doesn't seem to work as easy as make the "print button" invisible.

How do I do this best?

Hello
I use an older version of this program, but when I set up the text field, I have the option to say that the field is visible, but not printable. Check that out, i think that is your problem.

In order to change the visibility of objects, you should make sure the "Object" palette is visible (the "Window" menu lists all the palettes and has checkmarks next to the ones that are visible.)

Make sure to select the text that should not be printed.

The "Object" palette has a "Presence" dropdown. Choose "Visible (Screen Only)". Now the text will appear on the screen, but if you print the form, it will not be printed.
