Making an expandable form by Livecycle Designer 8

I have seen a 1-page pdf with a button and some fields. Once you click the button the pdf "grows" to 2 pages (the 2nd page is the duplication of the 1st page with all the fields alike). If you keep clicking the button the pdf just expands...

I wonder how to make such expandable pdf with programming. Is it something related to instance manager? Any examples available in the Livecycle Developer Centre?

Dynamic form fields are a major difference bettween Acrobat Forms and LiveCycle Designer forms. There are some examples of expanding form fields at:
