Multi line text size

Hello
I'm working on a promotional campaign that allows retailers to customize their promotional materials.
We want to keep the graphic style consistent, I was able to get the price field and image field for their logo to work properly, however the multiline copy text field behaves strangely, it doesn't allow or recognize text size bigger than 72 pt. When sized as 0pt to fill the box, it shows really small.

Any suggestions will be welcome ASAP.
