My flowing content won't flow onto a second page

I'm creating a fillable PDF using LiveCycle, thanks to the help forum posts and eSeminars on this site I have been able t accomplish most of the things I need to accomplish with this form. I was able to make the form text fields expand to fit all of the content added and the text below the table does flow downward, but the text does not flow into a 2nd page, it just flows until it’s no longer visible. I feel like I’m missing one minor detail to accomplish this. Can anyone help me? I can send you a copy of the PDf if need be.

Hi,

it is neccessary to set all subforms to floawable, that surround your text field and also allow page breaks for all of them.

Here an example form for better understandig

If I set the other subforms to flowed it messes up the way I have the form layed out. Perhaps I've designed the entire thing incorrectly :-/

I've managed to be able to get the input fields to expand horizontally and push the text below it down accordingly, but the text below is pushed completely off page 1 and does not dynamically add the 2nd page.

After rethinking the logic of the form I actually don't want the text below the table to move because it's the page number and form code. I need that text to stay at the bottom of the page and as more space is needed for the table fill in on page 2 which should also have its page number and form code.

For this task you better use the master page.
There you can put a text field that shows the page numbers.
It will be shown on every body page and is not affected by the behavior of the body pages subforms.

Thank you. I'll try that and let you know how it works out.

I have moved the page number to the master page but when the form expands it still expands to cover the page numbers. I need it to expand to a certain point ( to the page number), then stop and resume expansion on the next page as needed.

I have tried adjusting the content area that the table sits in but still no luck. Any more advice?

I think it has something to do with the "expand to fit" option. Do you have this selected for you table?
