I created my form in livecycle and I also have adobe pro on my PC so I am able to digitally sign the form created but when I try to see if someone with Adobe Reader is able to do a digital signature they are unable to sign. When going to Adobe preview it gives me Report Code 4000 for Unrecognized PDF content. Can someone help me out. I really appreciate all the help.

My Product Information:
LiveCycle Designer, Windows

Most of my customers use adobe reader 8.0. I am not sure how to extend it to reader or to check on how if it is.

You need to open the PDF with Acrobat Pro and look under the Advanced menu to find the command to extend privileges to Reader.
