I'm desperately trying to finish all my pending projects for my employer but I just can't seem to figure out with when I insert objects into a table the object expands in the table.

Attached is a sample form that I designed in LiveCycle Designer v8.2.
Simple table 4 columns and 4 rows. You will see questions posted in the header of the table and basically I just want to insert Yes or No check boxes under those questions. I placed two Yes/No check boxes below for you to play with and I added two Yes/No check boxes within the table so you can see how it expanded.

I would realllllllllly love to know how to fix this so I can finish my pending projects.

I've made a change in your table and replaced the check boxes with radio buttons.

Thank you, this is definitely a start. One more question, because this is the actual problem that I have.

If you look at the form below which is what I need to finish, the last page (Page 16).

On page 15 & 16 there's a 3 column table that's mostly text. On page 16 where it states the following:I would like to see a pre-test counselor and

I decline testing at this time

I need to put a plain check box next to those two sentences within that table. You will see that I placed a blank check box and one that says "Yes" outside of the table. When I try dragging them into the table my whole text paragraph disappears and I'm left with a table with a box.

That's what I'm trying to figure out because the rest of the form is done except the last page.

This was designed in LiveCycle 8.2
