I have several Numeric Fields utilized to capture price and quantity input for a transaction record. In PDF view, a drop down list appears for each of the Numeric Fields. The lists show retained and previous data entry for the respective field. How can I eliminate these drop down lists from appearing?

I believe you're referring to the auto-entry information that keeps re-appearing in Acrobat. This is a form preference that you can edit in Acrobat. Edit --> Preferences --> Forms. Select the Edit Entry List under Auto-Complete and Remove all.
