Page won't delete in a LiveCycle form

I have a third page in LiveCycle that I can't delete. I click on the hierarchy view and right click, no delete. I press delete key, no delete. I go to the "edit" menu and the "delete" is greyed out and unclickable.

How do I get rid of this blank page?
