I have read and read and read but can not find an approach to submitting both PDF (completed document) and XML (from the data entered) through email - is there a way to do this thru a PDF created in LifeCycle? If not through email is there another approch to creating both at the same time?

You can insert a button in LiveCycle and do the following:
1. With the Object palette open, click the Field tab.
2. In the Control Type area, select Submit.
3. Click the Submit tab and, in the Submit to URL box, type:
mailto:username [at] domain [dot] com
4. Select Submit As: PDF

Next, you'll need Reader-Enable the PDF in Acrobat Pro 8. Acrobat Pro. 8 also allows you to Export form field data as XML.

Sorry - I wasn't clear. On a distributed form - I have been able to submit both pdf and xml from Reader through email but not at the same time. As a workaround I press one button, cut the attachment, close the file, press the other button and paste the previous attachment. Now both are in the same email - not very elegant. I was looking for a way to do both at one time.

Thanks for the help
