I'm not sure that LiveCycle is exactly what I want to use to accomplish this... but it seemed like a good enough place to start.
I have documents that require peer review. I would like to have the form that we use to review and comment upon drafts available as a form that can be filled, saved and then essentially closed.
Our documents go out in pdf format and we typically track all of the comments and changes using the review function. This is cumbersome and time consuming. So, is there a way that I could, for example, create a form that opens as a result of a click or keyboard shortcut and that form contains the fields that need to be populated in order to comment on the draft document? After the user has finished making all of the comments concerning the draft, the collated comments could then be populated in a database or emailed to someone?
Is LiveCycle capable of something like this? If so... how? Please be gentle... I am definitely new in the ways of Adobe.
Thanks in advance for your time!
