Hi, New to the forum, but I have an urgent problem I have to solve today.

Here is the situation.

Quantity - 250, 500, 1000, 2000
Item No. - LG-100, LG-200, LG-300
Price - ??

I need a javascript that would allow the Price field to autopopulate.

The price will be based on what I select in the drop down menus of quanty and Item No.

For example, if I choose 500 of LG-200 the price will be $300.00, but if I select 500 of LG-100 the price is $213.00.

How do I do this using LiveCycle Designer?

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

Kim.

J.P. Terry has written an excellent book (with code samples) titled "Creating Dynamic Forms with Adobe LiveCycle Designer" ISBN 13: 978-0-321-50987-1 which can be purchased at Amazon for $44.95. It covers the auto-population of form fields very well.

The authors web site has the book code samples. You can download them at: www.smartdoctech.com/books.aspx
