Print PDF Form with attachment

Hi All,

I am building a form using LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2 with a Ms Word
document that needs to be printed and included into the form as an
integral part.

1) So what I need to achieve is to be able, using JavaScript, to print
and add the printed attachment as additional page to the form.

2) Secondly, I would also to display the content of the attached
document in a field inside the form for visual representation only,
kind like a preview of the attached document.

I don't think that would be possible. Acrobat PDF and LiveCycle PDF don't mix. Even if they did, the form filler would have to have Acrobat (and Word) to make the PDF.

Also, I'm not really sure what you mean by "print out" the Word doc. You mean make a PDF out of it? Why not just include it in the form as an extra page to start with?

Thank you very much Jonom for your reply.

I actually meant make a pdf out of it. The problem, of including the content in the form, is that the users want/need to do advance editing of the content, which is currently not possible with the rich text format only.

If at least the the second part of my question is possible, (being able to show/display the content of the attached document in a field inside the form) it will be go for me.

If someone can still help me on that I will really appreciate it.
