Hello all,

I created a fillable form which I am trying to print without the text field boxes showing. Does anyone know how to do this? I am using Adobe Acrobat 8 professional.

Thanks,

Angel

If they are separate objects then you can change the Presence from just Visible to Screen only. Then when printing it will be blank.

Hello there,

I want everything to print -including the filled in information inside the boxes- but not the actual text field boxes.

thanks,

I think you might be talking about the appearance setting in the Object/Field tab. If set appearance to "none" instead of "solid box" the box will not appear in the pdf or when printed. The field will still be there though and the responses will print out just fine.
