Problem with 8.1 Update

I seem to be having a lot of problems with Adobe Reader 8.1 and Adobe Professional 8.1. Over the last two days I have made the following changes to one of my LiveCycle dynamic forms. The first being I had to made a few text box fields hidden (excluded from layout) because they were no longer needed, however the database (Access 2003) is designed to capture the data from the form is still needed. The second change was that the Abode 8.1 update came out for both Reader and Professional. Since then people have not be able to save their data within the form when adobe opens in Internet Explore window, even after Reader usage rights have been enabled. It does however still work if they save the form to their desktop and then try and save. My question, I guess, is what happened with the Adobe 8.1 updates that would be interfering with our ability to save the data within the form through Internet Explore, and can if be removed?
 
NOTE: When trying to save in Internet Explorer we get the message that we can save it as a blank copy. We are currently running XP.

A:The new updates you installed have changed the way Adobe Reader users can interact with Live Cycle created forms. Depending upon which method you used to create our form (Acrobat or Live Cycle) you now need to enabled Adobe Reader Extensions inorder to have your form work with Live Cycle created PDF forms.

Q: How would one go about enabling these Adobe Reader Extensions? I have be using "Enable Usage Rights for Adobe Reader" found under the Advanced menu in Professional. Is this the same thing or something different?
