Problem printing PDF files created

I am recieving the following error which comes out in a text file.

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file.
Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

I have not encrypted the pdf so i do not understand hy i am getting this.

Hi,

If you look at File-Properties-Security is the security method there set to "No security"?
