I want to have a set of radio buttons that will alternate showing/hiding a pair of fields

ex: if radio 1 is selected, box A appears and box B is hidden, if radio 2 is selected box A is hidden, B is shown

thanks

Hi cfinley,

See this article at JavaScript Corner-
http://www.acrobatusers.com/tech_corners/javascript_corner/tips/2006/show_hide_fields/

Make sure to download the example file included with the article that has the code for using radio button selection to show or hide a set of fields.

Hope that helps,

Dimitri

I'm guessing this form was done in Acrobat? I tried opening with LiveCycle to examine the code but it took me to the start a new form screen...

Is there a version of this guide using LiveCycle? Or could someone tell me how to translate the Acroforms code to LiveCycle XFA?

Thanks

See Stefen Cameron's blog "What About the Other Field?", http://forms.stefcameron.com/2007/08/07/what-about-the-other-field/, it covers both the version 7 and version 8 techniques.

You click on the banner and bring up the home page. Then you can search the title of the article within the blog. It should be the top result.
