Repeating completed fields when form goes into multiple pages

I created a form where there is an Add Instance button that allows the user to add additional lines in the form as needed. Once the user adds a certain number of lines the form becomes 2 pages , 3 pages etc. What I would like to do is have the header of the form and its respective fields copy on to the next page(s). Is this possible?

Thanks for any assistance.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have that figured out now BUT, when the user adds additional lines the lines that flow over to the next page are not positioned directly below my header but instead, overlap my header information. Is there a way to make the additional lines on the subsequent pages not do this?

Thanks.

You need to make the content area on the master page smaller - put the stuff you want on every page outside the content area. The content area controls the "live" parts of the form.
