Hi,
I previously used MS InfoPath and now switched to Adobe Designer to create forms. One feature I missed so far is the repeating section (end-user can add new rows to the form dynamically). Is there any feature in Adobe Designer?
I found one reference in the help, but I do not have such a "Subform Instance Controls custom objects"-control .
Could you please be so kind to give me a hint where to find such a feature?

yes there is a feature like that you're searching for.
try to search for "repeating subforms" (here, google, ...)
you will find good posts/tutorials to work with
