roque pages add in form

Hello,
 
I have been creating forms in livecycle for many years but have never run into this challenge! In the "hierarchy" tab I reordered the pages. Specifically I moved page 3 to page 1. That worked just fine but in doing so, a blank page was added right at the beginning of the document. It was , , . Now it is , , , . The kicker is, is that it still only lists three pages in the hierarchy tab.
 
How do I get rid of the "rogue" page!?

Check your margin at the top. Sounds like you have a text box creeping just pass the margin which triggers a page before.

I have adjusted my margins and it *looks* like nothing is really even close to the margin edge. Is there a way to view the margin as a line around the page?!
