Hi Ron,

I hope the following steps work:

1. Open up the form you created in LiveCycle Designer.
2. Go to File > Form Properties > PDF Security
3. Select the PDF Security tab
4. Select the Permissions checkbox.

If you want to allow your customers to print, select an option from Printing Allowed dropdown.

If you do not want your customers to change anything on the PDF file, leave t he options as 'None'.

You can leave the other options based on the default settings.

5. Click OK to close the Form Properties dialog box.

6. Click File > Save As. Give your file a name and select the appropriate Save As Type.7. Once you click Save, the Set Permissions Password dialog box will appear prompting you to enter a password and to reconfirm it.

This password is the Permissions password to control the settings that you had set earlier in the Form Properties dialog box.

8. Close the file and reopen it in Acrobat/Reader to test how it works/reacts.

Hope the above steps are clear and hope it works!

Cheers!
