Saving locally

This has been driving me nuts for the past 2 days. I cannot get this form to save the entered data locally.

The user will open it in Acrobat 9 Pro, nobody has Reader at my office, everyone has 9 Pro. I want to send them the blank form, then they fill it out and save it to their local hard drive.

I tried saving it in LiveCycle Designer as static. I tried Dynamic. I opened the blank form in Acrobat Pro 9 and clicked Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader.

Nothing!

It does not save ANY of the data entered.

Any ideas?

Well, you placed every form object on a masterpage and you don't have any other page in the form.
Masterpages are for static things like layout elements (images, lines...).
You interactive parts (form fields) have to be placed on a page.
And then you're able to save the data in the form.
