Saving .pdf form created in LiveCycle Designer 8.0 via IE7

I've created a form in LCD 8.0. If users open the file in Reader or IE7 they cannot make changes and overwrite the file. I'm sure this is setup by design- you normally don't want people to overwrite an existing form with their own data, but in this case I do. Is there a way to give users the ability to overwrite the form or create/modify the form in LiveCycle 8.0 or Acrobat 8 Pro so this can be done?

Thanks!

This is what worked for me:
1 - open the LC pdf document in Acrobat Professional
2 - click 'Advanced' on the menu bar
3 - select 'Enable Usage Rights in Adobe Reader...'
4 - click the 'Save Now' button
5 - test.

The users should now be able to enter data and save their results. Please note, that if you open this form in LC Designer to make changes, you must repeat the above steps to allow users to save their changes. Don't know why it is this way, it just is. Good luck!
