How can I make a set off check boxes that when one is checked the others become uncheckable?

I am new to LiveCycle, I have no scripting exp at all. But some how I am stuck with being a survey designer, go figure :O) please help. Thanks

You can always use Radio Buttons.
Or, to force check boxes to act like Radio Buttons, Read this article:
