Sending by email in pdf format

I am trying to create a registration form with Adobe Designer that people can find online and fill out. The problem is the "send by email" button takes it out of pdf format and sends me just the data. My email strips these attachments and does not allow this. Can I fix this so that the form is sent as a pdf to me, instead of a data file?

Open the file in Acrobat 8 and select Advanced > Enable Usage Rights for Adobe Reader. The file will be submitted as an entire PDF document.ted
