Show/Hide Subform with Radio Button

I have scoured this forum and can't seem to find the answer. I would like to attach my form, but I don't see where to do it.

Basically I want to show the subforms in the color-coded areas if the "yes" radio button is selected and hide them if "No" is selected.

Is there an easy way for someone to explain this? Thanks for your help.

Hi goldie6175,

No, it is not easy to explain how to do this in a forum setting. But there is plenty of content here at AUC you can watch and read that should help you out a lot with this. Check out the LiveCycle Designer e-seminars, and in the Forms Gallery there is an example LiveCycle Designer form that includes hiding and showing sections of a form based on Radio button choice. It is called "MIB Player Terminal Incident Report - Class II" All the code used on the radio buttons is available for you to examine to see how it was done. But hiding and showing sets of fields also requires you to understand how the hierarchy of a LiveCycle Designer PDF form works. The e-seminars ( especially the one by Thom Parker) discusses how you have to lay all of this out for your form to work properly.

Hope this helps,

Dimitri
