subform added with a check box lost data when I saved the form

My form has fields and several radio buttons with Yes/No. When 'Yes' is selected a subform is displayed and user needs to complete the information. Now, if user completes the fields and saves the form and then opens it, the information is there, the radio buttons have 'Y' but the subforms are not displayed with the information entered.

Can someone help me to fix this? What should I exactly can do to fix this?

I am creating the form with Livecycle designer 8.0. and using reader 8.1.1.

The event that shows the subform is on 'Yes' button, and this works ok when I click it. Even, when I click 'No' the subform is hidden. So, What event do i need to trigger when the form is opened after saving in order to display what I entered on the subform before saving?
