Submit button and Lotus Notes Release 8.5.1

I have created a form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES Version 8.2.1.4029.1.523496. The purpose of this form is for Person A to complete the top section of the form then 'distribute' the form to Person B. Person B completes their section of the form then should be able to click on the 'submit' button I created and send a response file pdf back through lotus notes. When the submit button is activated the following message shows up in the 'To:' box of the lotus notes email. Any idea why this is happening? Also, the pdf file that is attached is not showing as a 'response' file.
I'm at a loss, so any help would be appreaciated.
