Submit PDF Variable Name

Im am looking to save a pdf once the form has been completed, and i want it to save with a variable in the file name. The variable coming from one of the form boxes.

I have a text field called Assessment_Number, and i want the form to be called
AssessmentForm_[ASSESSMENT_NUMBER VALUE HERE].pdf

Can this be done?

Yes, but there are security restrictions that will require you to use an application folder level JavaScript that will need to be installed on every machine trying to use this form.
