LiveCycle 8.0
 
How do I suppress accessibility readers from saying "edit/text field" for static PDF forms? I use security to restrict the form as print-only (for now).
 
I don't want to mislead a user from hearing these words as they tab through the fields and thinking they have to enter something when it's not true.
 
Suggestions?

Found the answer. Set controls using the following menus: Object > Value > Type and select Read Only.
